Very Vanilla
Vanilla is one of those flavours that lends itself to any number of flavour pairings. Go English Country with a filling of vanilla buttercream and jam, or our homemade lemon curd. Or mix in some chocolate chips, edible cookie dough or Oreo bits for something a bit more cookies and cream. Moist, fluffy and totally versatile, pair it with any number of buttercream flavours or keep it classic - it's up to you!
Sweet Strawberry
Fresh, fruity and yes I’m going to say it, so deliciously moist, our strawberry cake is made with real strawberries and is typically filled with a wonderful strawberry buttercream for maximum fruity flavour. Add a tart centre of lemon curd for a real treat.
Red Velvet
A delicate balance of buttermilk, cocoa and vanilla is the foundation for our red velvet layer cake, which comes with a tangy cream cheese frosting. I tend to recommend this cake for no bigger than an 8″ size as the bigger the cake the more its tendency to become dry so just bear that in mind.
Banana bread (but make it cake!)
Flavoured with cinnamon, this moist banana cake lends itself so beautifully to all manner of pairings… for the chocolate lovers add chocolate chunks and rich chocolate ganache or team it with our luscious caramel sauce for a taste of something truly decadent.
Chocolate Dreams
Probably our most popular flavour, this rich, dark chocolate cake serves best with an indulgent chocolate ganache filling and will keep you coming back for more.
Lemon Love
Tart, tangy and full of zest, our lemon cake is paired with our delicious homemade lemon curd and zesty lemon buttercream… and between you and me you wouldn’t go far wrong if you threw a bit of caramel into the mix too!
raspberry swirl
Our signature vanilla cake is given a fruity makeover by the addition of a swirl of homemade raspberry compote. Paired with vanilla, chocolate or raspberry buttercream depending on your taste sensibilities, this is fast becoming one of our most popular flavours.
Coconut Escape
If you’re a fan of Bounty bars then look no further for your perfect cake combo because our coconut cake boasts a textural interior thanks to the desiccated coconut component and is complemented in the best way by a dark chocolate ganache, or if you want to go tropical we highly recommend that you pair it with a passionfruit or lemon curd filling and coconut buttercream. (p.s. Coconut and passionfruit is Denny's favourite!)
Half and Half (*only available in certain sizes)
If you can’t decide on just one flavour, we can advise on which two flavours work well together according to your tastes. Chocolate and Vanilla provide the perfect bases to any complimentary flavours and they go pretty well together too! *Of course, you can always order a set of cupcakes in a secondary flavour to accompany your cake.

Made with real apples and bursting with the flavours of fall, this cake has become a real fan favourite. Filled with caramelised apples and paired with our homemade caramel sauce and a white chocolate and cinnamon buttercream, it will have you drooling at the very thought.
Tiramisu
Taking all the scrumptious elements of a classic tiramisu, the chocolate cake layers are soaked in an espresso marsala syrup and then paired with a delicious mascarpone ganache and filled with crushed lady fingers.
Chocolate Pumpkin Espresso

Biscoff
Filled with the flavour notes of its biscuit namesake, our Biscoff cake comprises brown sugar cake layers, Biscoff infused buttercream and crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuits in between each layer for crunch in every bite.
